This website is owned and operated by SOS Presets. The store is hosted on Wix.com Ltd., who provides SOS Presets with the online e-commerce platform that allows SOS Presets to share its Products with you.
Digital Products cannot be returned or refunded in any case, but if you are unhappy with your Products for any reason, please contact boylch02@gmail.com and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
By visiting the site and/or purchasing something from SOS Presets, you engage in my “Service” and utilize my “Products”, agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”, “TOS”). SOS Presets are licensed Products; no ownership is transferred with the purchase of the license. SOS Presets shall always retain ownership of the Products.
You are paying for the rights of using these Products for yourself only, which bars you from sharing them or making them available online for free or for resale. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Products, without express written permission by SOS Presets. Please, contact SOS Presets, we want to collaborate with you, not constrict you! That said, resharing the Products in their original or modified forms is a violation of the TOS. SOS Presets reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any reason at any time.
If you send certain specific “submissions” (“comments”, “suggestions”, “plans”, “ideas”, “requests”, etc), you agree that SOS Presets may edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use submissions forwarded to SOS Presets. SOS Presets shall be under no obligation to maintain any submissions in confidence but will always strive for discretion where it’s appropriate. Nor is SOS Presets obligated to pay compensation for any submissions. My hope is that this will be a collaborative project and I will gladly receive all submissions! This is not my project alone, it is OUR project! I will always strive to give credit where credit is due!
